This is the second time I have had Affordable H & C out to my home. In each case, the visit was preceded by a phone call to discuss the problem. The folks at Affordable were knowledgeable and very courteous. The service person was pleasant and professional. The work was completed promptly and accurately. Both times I needed help Affordable was there with a quick response. I have no trouble recommending this company to anyone.

We had Rick from Affordable Heating and Cooling come by to do a check-up on our aging air conditioner. He was prompt, (he called ahead to let us know he was on his way) courteous, and did a great job. Our air conditioner needed some minor work and Rick explained everything he did. His price was reasonable and our air conditioner is working better now than it has any time since we moved into our house 3 years ago. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable company who knows what they’re doing, Affordable Heating and Cooling are the ones to call. Highly recommended.

On a personal note, had my furnace die on the coldest afternoon of the year. Woke up to a very cold house and with 5 pets in my house had to work quickly with a solution. Because of coaching, meeting parents, I knew one of our player’s parents was an owner of a Heating and Cooling company. Ryan Fauteux’s dad owns Affordable Heating and Cooling. Got the # out of my baseball book and called. He had just walked indoors from holidays, but put me at ease right away, jumped up, and brought over two industrial heaters to keep my house warm and pipes from freezing. Took a quick look, talked options, because of age of the furnace, went replacement. He adjusted busy schedule to fit me in the very next morning for installation, gave me excellent payment options. Did my research, he gave me a great high-efficiency furnace at a great price. Installers are super professional and informative. I highly recommend Affordable H & C and Mark Fauteux for any furnace or A/C needs.
