I have used Affordable Heating and Cooling over the years and the most recent was this morning. Last night, my AC unit stopped, and then the house was in the 80s. I called after hours and Rick called me back immediately and walked me through a few troubleshooting issues. He proactively told me in advance how much the service call would be for diagnosis. He wasn’t able to come until the next morning. He called before arriving right when he said he would and fixed the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable. After payment, I received a digital invoice to my email immediately. Thanks again.

Adam was VERY professional and personable! He was very quick replacing a part on my A/C and had it up in running in less than an hour. I will definitely be calling them again should I need service AND I will highly recommend this company to friends. Thanx Adam, you’re a lifesaver 🙂

Affordable came out to assess our heating/cooling challenge and recommended a ductless unit. The installation process was quick and clean, and the unit works amazingly! The bonus is that it’s super quiet. Mark and his crew were great!

I have the highest regard for Mark Fauteux and Affordable Heating and Cooling. Their equipment and pricing is comparative to others in the business. In my humble opinion what sets a company apart from the others is their service. 8 years ago just prior to guests arriving for a family wedding I called them and Mark came after hours to resurrect our air conditioner. It didn’t take long to get it temporarily up and running so he didn’t charge me. The system was good for another 8 years. Eight years later, in the Spring of 2019, the system had to be replaced and the first company that came to mind was Affordable Heating and Cooling. The install was done in a timely fashion before the cooling season began. Since then there have been two minor hiccups, one in the cooling season and now one in the heating season. Without hesitation, they were here and corrected the problem in a timely fashion at no cost to us. Mark Fauteux and Affordable Heating and Cooling are class-act.
